VoiCert^® PC Call

PC Call is a PC-based application that allows for the recording of both outgoing and incoming telephone calls. A hardware interface is provided that connects the user's telephone handset to his/her PC. The user has the ability to index the call to the appropriate patient and add important notes about the call.
