DCR Tracker
This web application is the centerpiece of the TRACE product and allows the search and retrieval of completed and pending TRACE transactions, including those completed via phone, fax, paper, web, or electronic means.





VoiCert® - Call Management
TRACE VoiCert consists of three applications to automate and capture any phone call. Any TRACE phone record is easily located and shared through DCR Tracker for use in denials management and quality assurance.

FaxCertTM - Fax & Paper Management
TRACE FaxCert automatically captures all outbound and inbound faxes as a by-product of the hospital's existing fax process. It also captures paper documents for easy retrieval & routing through DCR Tracker.




PixCert - Electronic & Web Management
TRACE PixCert automatically captures any electronic document such as e-mails, web pages, Microsoft Word® and Excel® documents, and any other document that can be printed through Microsoft Windows 2000® or greater.
