FaxCert - Fax & Paper Management

TRACE FaxCert makes it easy to capture, index, archive, and retrieve images of faxes or paper documents. Fax records are immediately available enterprise-wide.

	Outbound 1 Document is loaded.			4 Document is received.
	2 Number is dialed.		3 Document is stored in DCR Tracker.
			2 Document is automatically stored in DCR Tracker.	Inbound 1 Document is sent.
3 Document can be routed to appropriate persons. Comments can also be added at any time.
		Each Transaction Record Includes: • Fax Image • Patient Account # • Sender's Information • Date and Time Stamp • Recipient's Information • Fax Log
TRACE FaxCert • Permanent fax history stored in server • Image of fax stored in server • Fax becomes available enterprise-wide • Records indexed to specific Reference ID, such as Patient ID number • Comments can be added to each fax record • FaxCert can also capture and store images of paper documents, resulting in document images easily becoming an integral part of the patient's DCR • Records easily accessible through DCR Tracker
