PixCert - Electronic & Web Management

TRACE PixCert makes it easy to capture, index, archive, and retrieve images of entire electronic documents, e-mails, and web pages.

		1 The user captures the electronic document, e-mail, or web page with a click of the mouse.
2 The PixCert window automatically launches showing an image of the document, e-mail, or web page, and allowing the addition of a Reference ID, such as Patient ID number, and Comments.
	Benefits: • A permanent history of electronic transactions is stored in the TRACE server indexed to the Reference ID number. • An image of the entire document, e-mail, or web page is stored in the TRACE server. • All PixCert records are easily accessible through DCR Tracker. • All PixCert records are available enterprise-wide for authorized users.
3 The information is saved to the TRACE server where it can be retrieved via DCR Tracker by any authorized user from any Internet-connected computer.
