Case Study Results

With TRACE VoiCert, authorization transactions completed by phone are captured in a database for access by the Collections staff using DCR Tracker. With this information, staff can overturn denied claims and keep claims out of the appeals process, thereby increasing net revenue and cash flow.

This is why TRACE VoiCert was recognized in the Health Care Advisory Board's publication "Capturing Lost Revenues: Best Practices for Minimizing Managed Care Denials."
