This page has been created to help us provide better support for our products. Below is a link to our remote support tool. We can use this tool to remotely view and interact with your computer to assist with application problems.

Remote Support
In order for us to provide you with remote support, there are a few things you must do:

  • Download and run our remote support tool using the link below
  • Call our technical support line at 1.800.864.2378 and let us know that you need remote support
  • Run our support tool on your computer and type in the User ID and Password provided to you by technical support personel

Launch our Remote Support Tool

To launch the application, click the link above and choose "Run" when prompted. If a security warning appears, click "Run" to allow.

  • Windows 98se, 2000, XP, Vista
  • Microsoft Directx 9.0
  • Internet connection
