Leadership

The leadership of The White Stone Group, Inc. includes the following individuals whose cumulative talent and experience helps to maintain our outstanding operational performance and organizational excellence.

	Guille B. Cruze, CEO Mr. Cruze founded the company and also serves as its CTO. For nearly three decades he has managed multiple companies that have sold, developed, and delivered complex software solutions to a wide array of business industries including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail, accounting, and healthcare. Since 1991, his efforts have been primarily focused on bringing efficiencies to the workflow processes of healthcare providers. In 1997, VoiCert was born out of this concentrated effort. The company looks to him for sagacity in its strategic directions. He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
	Jeffrey D. Peters, President and COO Mr. Peters is President and Chief Operating Officer for The White Stone Group. Prior to joining the Company, he served from August 1998 to November 2000 as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Internet Pictures Corp. (iPIX), a leading provider of immersive imaging. Prior to serving at iPIX, he was Vice President/General Manager of Kodak's Digital Imaging Group. Mr. Peters holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Florida Institute of Technology.
	Robert A. Smith, CFO Mr. Smith has been the Chief Financial Officer for The White Stone Group since 1998. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he majored in Accounting. Mr. Smith has over 15 years of experience in the field of public accounting. From 1996 to 1997 he acted as Chief Financial Executive for the Lupton Company, LLC in Chattanooga, TN. Prior to that time he held positions in the field of public accounting with Burkhart & Company, P.C. and Coopers and Lybrand, both located in Knoxville, Tennessee.
	J. Scott Overholt, CMO As Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Overholt is responsible for the overall design and execution of the company's marketing efforts, including general marketing, market research, public and government relations, & marketing communications. Prior to joining the Company, he was Chief Executive Officer of Brinks, Inc., a regional systems integrator and wholesale distributor; Mr. Overholt also had 6 years of sales, marketing, and product management experience with SmithKline Beecham, an international pharmaceutical company. He holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and an M.B.A., both from the University of Tennessee.
	Dave Stridde, Executive VP, Operations As Executive Vice President of Operations, Mr. Stridde's responsibilities include the strategic development and oversight of the company's support functions including customer support, technical support, and installation and implementation for both healthcare providers and payers. Mr. Stridde joined the company in 1999 and has over 20 years of customer support and operations experience. He received his B.A. in Communications from Purdue University.
	Blair Wright, Executive VP Sales Mr. Wright serves as Executive Vice President of Sales and brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and strategic planning to the company. His responsibilities include the development of strategies and relationships with both provider and payer entities in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining The White Stone Group in 2000, Mr. Wright served in the non-profit sector as VP of Marketing and Product Development for a nationwide marriage and family organization and as chief sales officer for a software development company in Knoxville. Mr. Wright received his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Tennessee.
