TRACE Presented at NICM-ACMA Annual Conference

TRACE was recently featured in a breakout session at the 16th NICM Case Management Conference & 10th ACMA Annual Meeting in Boston. Anne Tanner, RN, MN, Director of Case Management at City of Hope (Duarte, Calif.), described her team's use of TRACE to protect revenue by documenting workflow and compliance initiatives.

Among other initiatives, City of Hope uses TRACE to back up daily encounters with insurance companies, patients and physicians; resolve billing disputes and prevent denials; and establish compliance with critical standards.

Among other outcomes, City of Hope has used records to reverse denials totaling more than $1,300,000.
