OptiVox Advisor is the first solution designed to audit the standardization of hand-off communication across
your entire system, helping you ensure compliance with National Patient Safety Goals. The web-based,
user-friendly tool can be used to monitor the quality, accuracy and consistency of hand-offs enterprise-wide.
With OptiVox Advisor, you can monitor hand-offs across the continuum of care and sort results by unit,
patient or caregiver. By documenting the transfer of care across your facility, the tool serves as a valuable
reference for root cause analysis and tracer methodology. The tool is also an excellent resource for training
and evaluation in hand-off competency.
The secure web interface requires a unique user ID that validates user access and privileges.
Managers can also use the tool to streamline user administration processes such as maintenance of user profiles,
access privileges and PINs.
